REGISTRATION STEPS:
1. Create Your Coaching Profile:
- Start by creating your coaching profile on our secure registration platform.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your coaching experience, certifications, and achievements.
2. Select Coaching Position(s):
- Choose the coaching position(s) you are interested in. Whether you specialize in offense, defense, or special teams or have a versatile skill set, we want to know where you excel.
3. Upload Your Coaching Resume:
- Upload your coaching resume to showcase your coaching journey, highlighting your coaching philosophy, achievements, and notable successes.
4. Share Your Vision:
- Tell us about your coaching vision and how you align with the values of the NGL.
- Describe your coaching style, strategies, and how you inspire and develop athletes under your guidance.
5. Provide References:
- Include references from previous coaching roles, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to a team and foster athlete development.
6. Agree to the Coaching Code of Conduct:
- Agree to uphold the principles of integrity, sportsmanship, and fair play.
7. Submit Coaching Registration Fee:
- A nominal registration fee is required to cover administrative costs.
- Payments can be made securely through our online platform.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

- Interviews:
- Shortlisted coaches may be invited for interviews to discuss further coaching philosophy, strategies, and alignment with NGL values.
- Official Coaching Contract:
- Coaches who successfully navigate the selection process will be offered official coaching contracts with an NGL team.
